The coast in the bay area of the town of Cres is more than 2 kilometres long. There are a lot of beaches located on the south coasts so you can spend your time on them from the early morning hours to the evening hours ( 20,00 ) and enjoy the sunset. The beaches are full of pebbles and stones, very suitable for swimming, tanning and diving. Some of more distant beaches of Valun, Martinšnica, Lubenice, St.Blaž can be approached on foot on old paths which lead through olive-groves and macchias, or by car or tourist boats. These are some pictures of the beaches near our house. Beach has entertainment for children : pedal boats, mini golf, table tennis end amusement park.
